Q1 2024 Hack and Slash App Performance in the UK

The first quarter of 2024 has been an interesting period for Hack and Slash applications in the United Kingdom. Sensor Tower's data provides us with a snapshot of the performance of the top applications in this genre on the unified platform.

Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat kicked off with a strong start, seeing downloads peak at 34K in its release week. However, downloads followed a downward trend, settling around the 500 mark towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users mirrored this decline, starting at 33K and decreasing to just under 10K by the end of March.

MARVEL Future Fight showed more stability in weekly active users, starting at 18K and peaking at 24K after a significant spike in downloads in late January at 9K. Revenue fluctuated, with the highest at 14K in late March.

Honkai Impact 3rd maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, ranging between 600 and 1K. Weekly active users saw a slight increase from 5.4K to around 5.7K, with a small dip towards the end of March. Revenue saw a significant boost in late February, hitting 16K.

Punishing: Gray Raven had a modest presence, with downloads peaking at 658 in mid-February and weekly active users reaching a high of 1.6K towards the end of February. Revenue also peaked in the same period at around 16K.

Lastly, Dynasty Legends 2 saw very low download numbers, with a small spike to 276 in early March. Weekly active users saw a slight increase throughout the quarter, starting at 1.5K and peaking at 1.6K in mid-March before a slight drop to 1.3K.
